Dr. Julio Peguero is a board-certified medical oncologist, healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and investor with more than 25 years of experience across oncology drug development, clinical research, business leadership, and strategic investment. Throughout his career, he has worked across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research organization, and physician-practice sectors, contributing to the advancement of oncology therapies from preclinical development through early-phase clinical trials.
He currently serves as President and Executive Chairman of P1 Pratia Oncology, where he helps lead global Phase I strategy and the expansion of early-phase oncology capabilities across international research sites.
As Founder and Executive Chairman of HERA Investing, Dr. Peguero leads the firm's strategic vision and investment initiatives.
